We Love Wire

Meyer Wire & Cable Company is where we design and manufacturer quality cable and coil cords. Established in 1972 by Henry Meyer, Meyer Wire specializes in very flexible and durable coil cords. We also offer a wide range of custom made-to-order cables, in addition to our large inventory of stock cables. The insulation materials we use are of the highest quality and cover a range of service temperatures. 

We pride ourselves in responding to quote requests very promptly. Typically, we respond to quote requests with a quotation/specification returned by fax or email within 24 hours. Samples are available from stock that may be similar to that quoted. Our sales staff is available every weekday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST. It's All In The Family

Henry Meyer established Meyer Wire at 295 Treadwell St, Hamden, CT in 1972. In 1975 it moved to it's current location at 1072 Sherman Ave in Hamden. Meyer Wire is a family run business. In 2005, Brian Meyer became owner and President after working here for 30 years. He's currently in his 40th year working at Meyer Wire. Now that's wire dedication.

Karen Meyer started working at Meyer Wire in 1978. She currently is the CEO and co-owner of Meyer Wire. 

Bethany Meyer, daughter of Brian and Karen, has come on board in 2014 as a product designer.
